FRIENDLY FAMILY RESORT

With something
for everyone

Guests can choose between 6 deluxe housekeeping cottages, a bunkie for those who like to "Glamp" or a camping vacation. In the spring, we cater to the fishermen who fish for trophy lake trout as soon as the ice leaves the lake. Summer brings families to our resort to enjoy a memorable vacation. Whether in one of our deluxe cottages or camping amongst the trees, memories are made here! In the fall, the pace slows down; we invite you to join us for the beautiful fall colours.

We are a family/staff operated resort who put our hearts and souls in to this beautiful retreat.  We all strongly believe in personal customer service.  It is always best to CALL us to confirm a camping site or cottage so that we can do our absolute best to accommodate your requests.  Unfortunately, a computer is NOT very good at conveying your thoughts and feelings however a quick call can make the process easy.  Feel free to email us however since we are family run, please be patient for a response.

STORE HOURS:

Our phone lines are open 7 days a week, all year.  Feel free to call us between 10am - 9pm.  Friendly voices are always appreciated!

July & August our store is open from 10am-12pm, 1-5pm & 6-9pm.  Please check-in from 1-8:30pm while our store is open for both camping and cottages.

May, June & September our store is open from 10am - 12pm & 3-5pm.  On Friday & Saturday evenings only, we are also open from 7-9pm.  If you are checking in during the day but we are closed due to short off-season hours, (only these times of the year), please complete the camping registration form supplied outside the store door in the blue box and deposit in the door mail slot.  If you are checking in for a cottage, please contact us IN ADVANCE if you are not able to check-in during our store hours.

Please be patient when we are closed during the day as we do need to eat too!  🙂  We prefer you check-in before we are closed for the evening.  Please contact us if you need to make additional check-in time arrangements.

What guests are saying:

I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful week we had at your campground.   It’s central enough to do daytrips. Your campground is incredibly clean and manicured. Your waterfront is beautiful sandy.  Great Lake for kayaking.  Your family and staff are very friendly as well as the seasonal people. Thank you for making our week a good one.  Highly recommend!  Tracey from Hawkestone.
