Camping Information

In order to place a reservation for a campsite you must be a minimum 18 years of age, we require a Visa or MasterCard number and date of expiry. We will not place any charges on your card, you will pay for your site upon arrival. We cannot accept Debit Visa's or prepaid gift cards. Upon arrival, you will be asked to confirm your Visa or MasterCard as we keep it on file in the event of damages or additional service fees.

We are a family/staff operated resort who put our hearts and souls in to this beautiful retreat. We all strongly believe in personal customer service. It is always best to CALL us to confirm a camping site or cottage so that we can do our absolute best to accommodate your requests. Unfortunately, a computer is NOT very good at conveying your thoughts and feelings however a quick call can make the process easy. Feel free to email us by clicking on the "Reservations" tab however since we are family run, please be patient for a response.

Camping check-in is 1:00pm or later and check-out is 11:00am. Late check-out fees may be applied to the credit card on file if this should occur.  Upon arrival, if you are not satisfied with your campsite, feel free to see us in the store for a list of other available sites.  It is very rare that we will move your reservation to a different site however if an issue arises, this may occur.  Please contact us if you will be arriving after 8:00pm in order to make arrangements for late arrival. We will not give your site away until the following day however you are responsible for payment for the nights you have reserved.  No refunds are given due to inclement weather or for issues beyond our control.

Please be advised we require a minimum 3 weeks notice for cancellations or changes. If the minimum is not met, you will be charged for your one or two night stay.  If your reservation is originally for longer than one night, you will be charged $100.00 per week and/or partial week reserved.  Taxes applicable and fees applied to your credit card per campsite.  (Ex. 10 nights cancelled = $200.00 + tax cancellation fee).  Upon arrival, you are responsible for payment in full regarding the nights you have reserved.

If you do not arrive for your site on your date scheduled for arrival and you have not called us at 705-859-3550 to update us, we will assume that you have chosen to cancel your reservation without notice.

Keep in mind that all of our electric camping sites offer 30 amp electricity & water. Generators are NOT permitted.  Since these outlets are larger than regular electrical plugs and similar in size to a dryer or stove plug , we offer a converter plug program. For $20.00 CASH we will lend you a converter plug. Once the plug is returned we will return your $20.00 CASH.  If you do not have cash, we will sell you a converter electrical plug + tax.

Please be advised all weekends are a minimum 2-night stay however the July, August & September long weekends require a minimum 3-night stay.
